We understand that in order for improvement efforts to be sustained, structures must be in place to promote shared leadership among teachers, administrators, schools, district, parents, and students
We work with School Leadership Teams to engage in a continuous improvement effort through strategic monitoring of instruction and intervention efforts and then work with Teams to use this data to determine next steps for targeted professional development
